Where do you deliver?
Any orders placed on the website can be delivered anywhere in the UK. For orders outside the UK please email - sales@christy-towels.com
How do I use a discount code?
Please enter your discount code in the appropriate box on the 'My Basket' page and press the 'Add Promotion Code' button. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
How do I check the status of an order?
Although we endeavour to deliver all orders within five working days if you haven't received your items within this time please email sales@christy-towels.com and we'll be happy to confirm the status of your order.
How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order anytime up to dispatch, please email - sales@christy-towels.com
Postage
How much do you charge for postage?
Postage is free for all orders over £40 and £5 for for orders under £25 in the UK .
Can I get orders delivered to my work address?
Yes. All items must be signed for, if you don't think you'll be home to receive your order please use your work address for delivery.
How soon will I receive my items?
You will generally receive your order within 5 working days.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase which is why we offer a no fuss 30 day money back guarantee.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your product please notify us within 30 days of your order. We will then provide either a full refund or if you would like to replace the product within 30 days of us receiving the product back from you. Refunds can only be given where the unused product is returned in the condition in which you received it, including packaging.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds or exchanges on our filled products (Quilts & Pillows) unless they prove to be faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
How do I return unwanted goods?
Please contact us by email with your order details - sales@christy-towels.com and we will send you the return address.
Please include the postage receipt when sending defective goods back to us and we'll refund the amount in full.
Please note we only refund postage where an item is found to be defective.

If I buy online are my credit card details safe?
Our payments are processed by Barclays Business Services giving complete peace of mind - thanks to the knowledge that card payments are being handled securely and efficiently by card processing specialists.
Fraud Prevention
Please be aware that as part of our on-going policy to combat online credit card fraud we will occasionaly perform random checks on customers which could involve verification of identity with reference to a copy of a utility bill & or landline telephone number.
